Recruiter call
In the first call, we want to get to know you better. We will ask questions about your experience and fit with the role. This is also an opportunity to ask the questions you have about Wonderkind and our culture to see if this is a good fit for you.
Manager’s interview
In this meeting, your future manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. This is your chance to get to know your manager leader and get a better understanding of the expectations for the role.
Task
This is your opportunity to show us how you approach solving problems with your skills and knowledge. We will share a task that should be one you come across in your role with perhaps a different context. We ask you to prepare and present this solution and be prepared to answer questions on your reasoning and your approach.
Cultural check
This is the last step in the process and your chance to meet our leadership. It's important that our values resonate with you so that together we are aligned on how we believe we can achieve our mission. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you feel may still be unanswered.
